Dr. Loud has had way too much to drink, and the recently appointed Boroughs manager Marlo is still getting the hang of the new position, but with some friendly advice from Small Dave, who yells at the doctor for laughing too much during the recording, which proves to be the “shittiest” and also “best” recording of the fellers’ careers, which aren’t really careers, if one were to put any of this through the slightest level of even the most charitable scrutiny.
